How it Works
1. We have put together 4 packages with 2 options to choose from. Select the package and option you would like and then select the colour palette you would like us to design and hit the book this package button. (Pricing will show in the shop and delivery will be calculated at check out) You can also submit your enquiry below and we will be in touch to go over the options with you.

2. Once you have booked your package and colour palette, this will lock in your wedding date, you can pay an initial deposit with Paypal in one or 4 installments. Please also add any other additional information when you book your package.
4. We will create an invoice and email it to you with the receipt of payment and the balance due. Once full payment has been received we will create your beautiful blooms and deliver them to you (local delivery only) or ship them to you if you're outside the Brisbane area or as per prior arrangements.
We ship via Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number so you can track your order. If you have any issues with ordering via the shop please contact me for assistance at smfloraldesign@outlook.com.

Wedding Packages take the stress out of ordering wedding flowers.
We have carefully curated a menu of popular items including bouquets and buttonholes, corsages, hair flowers and cake flowers. The menu is limited and is designed to provide the most cost effective choice and impact for your day.
Our Wedding Packages are perfect for couples who love the iconic look of the SM Floral Design design style, but are happy to leave the details to us - there’s no need for a formal consultation but we are happy to chat to you about the packages either over a zoom meeting, phone call or via email. You may also like to send us a photo of your vision for the day, we love getting your inspiration photos. The simply submit your order online and we’ll touch base closer to your event to confirm delivery details and timing.

Who is this service best suited for?
Our Wedding Packages are most appropriate for couples looking for an easy solution and are happy to leave the design details to us.
Why is the menu limited?
Our menu includes the most popular wedding flower items. We also know these items created in our iconic style, provide the most impact and best value.
What colour palettes are available?
We’ve curated a very special collection of 7 colour palettes and will use the best faux blooms in line with the palette you choose. Click here [colour palette] to see our colour selection.
What if I want a ceiling installation or other ceremony feature?
We’d love to work with you to create a beautiful custom design for your day. Ceiling installations, table arrangements and custom ceremony features are part of our Full Service Wedding approach. To learn more [click here].
Can I pick-up my flowers from your studio?
To pick up your flowers from our studio, you would need to have made prior arrangements with us. Your finished flowers may need room for transport as they will be lovingly and carefully packed in boxes and although they are faux they still need to be carefully handled, we want them to arrive to you in perfect condition.
Will you replicate an image I supply to you?
You and your partner have a unique story to tell and we feel so blessed to be part of your day. We would love to see the photos that inspire you. You deserve more than a recreation of someone else’s bouquet but your inspirational photos will give us an insight into the vision you hope to achieve on your special day. Leave it to us to make the arrangements bespoke for you!
When should I place my order?
We require a minimum of 60 days notice and suggest placing your order 4 – 6 months before your wedding day.
Can I receive a refund if I change my mind?
If you’ve placed an order and want to cancel, we will provide a 50% refund if you contact us at least 30 days prior to your flower delivery/shipping date. Within 30 days of your delivery/shipping date, no refund will be available. Returns & Refunds
What if I want a formal consultation?
We don’t offer formal consultations with Wedding Packages, but we are happy to chat about what you would like prior to you placing your order. They’re designed to be very straight forward for you to order so leave the details to us. Place your order online, select your colour palette and our design team will handcraft your wedding flowers in our studio and deliver them at least 10 -14 days prior to the wedding day or as requested when you order your package! We try to make it as easy as possible.
If you’re looking for more of a collaborative approach, let’s talk about our Full Service Wedding option. This service is designed for the couples that need a set up service (Brisbane area only) or additional items eg: arbour and table arrangements and more detailed design for the day. When will my flowers be delivered/shipped?
We’ll connect with you in the lead up to your wedding day to finalise the delivery details, ensuring the timing will have your flowers delivered in plenty of time for your big day.
What if I want something not shown on the menu?
We keep the package menu very limited because we believe each item provides the best value to our clients. If you require more options you can order a package and add on the additional items you need or order a DIY (design yourself) package.
Where do you deliver?
We ship Australia wide and we will personally deliver locally. We do not ship internationally.
How do I pay?
Place your order online and you’ll have the option of paying by Paypal either in full or in 4 instalments. If you would like an alternative arrangement or you would like to pay by direct deposit, please contact us at smfloraldesign@outlook.com for an invoice and deposit details. Payment in full is required before your order is confirmed.
